在校大学生兼职过程中权益受到侵害的情况十分普遍。政府应填补劳动法中对大学生兼职保护的相关法律的空缺;期待学校提供专门兼职输出途径的“绿色”通道;兼职大学生也应从自身出发,从意识上重视维护自身权利的重要性,避免在兼职过程中权益受到侵害。

The government should fill in the blanks of protecting university student＇s part time job in the labor law and other concerning laws and regulations. Universities should offer special approach of outputting part - time jobs. The students should also pay attention to the importance of protecting the rights of themselves so as to avoid their rights being infringed in part- time job.
