战略管理体系下大型建设项目管理研究

Study on Large-scale Project Management Based on System of Strategic Management

在分析大型建设项目中存在问题的基础上,提出了在项目前期进行战略管理的思路。在相关理论背景之下,从建设项目的全寿命和集成化管理的角度,分析了战略管理在大型建设项目前期阶段的重要性和可能性,并论述了大型建设项目中战略管理与项目管理的关系。

Based on the analysis of problems of large-scale project management, the thought of strategic management in earlier stage of construction project was introduced. Against the relative theoretical background, the importance and possibility of strategic management in earlier stage of large-scale construction project were analyzed from the point of the entire life cycle and integrated management of construction project. In addition the relationship between strategic management and project management of large-scale project was discussed in this paper.
