ＱＣ小组活动是促进企业经济增长方式转变的有效措施。阐述了ＱＣ小组活动的目的及主攻方向。针对目前ＱＣ小组活动在指导思想和方式方法上存在的误区。
QC group activity is an effective measure of promoting the transformation of economic growth pattern of enterprises. The author expounded the objective and main direction of QC group activities, and put forward correction method in accordance with the existing misunderstanding of the guiding ideology and measures.
