摘要
我国自实施《中华人民共和国招投标法》以来,对于规范企业行为、维护公平竞争、保护国家和社会公共利益起到了积极作用,由于企业在机构组建、决策机制和工作程序等方面存在诸多缺陷,导致企业的招标工作亟待完善。文章以房地产企业招标工作为例,指出存在的问题,提出改进的对策与建议。成立招标委员会和招标工作小组,对提高企业管理水平,净化行业风气等方面具有积极作用和现实意义。
Since Law on Tendering and Bidding was carried out in Jan.1st 2000, it has played a positive role in regulating enterprise behavior, protecting fair competition and public interests. However, because of the deficiencies in organization, decision-making mechanism and work routine, the bidding work must be improved right now, This paper takes bidding in Property Company for instance, finds the existing problems, and gives some advice on improvement. It is of great positive effect and practical significance to improving managerial levels and depurating industry conduct.
