工程管理是一项综合、系统的工作,它自始至终贯穿了工程建设的每个方面。随着我国投资体制、价格体制改革的不断深化以及项目管理理论研究的不断深化,工程管理在项目投资中的经济地位和作用,越来越受到关注和重视。工程管理的内涵决定了工程管理与项目投资效益间的直接联系,工程管理的不规范性和欠科学性又直接损害了项目的经济效益。通过对工程成本、质量、进度、安全和信息等方面管理要素进行分析,提出了工程管理中项目经济效益增值的对策和途径。

Project management is a comprehensive and systemic work. With the deepening of reformation of investment system and price system, the role of project management in project investment is attracting more and more attention. The connotation of project management determines the direct links between project management and investment benefits. That project management is not standardized and less scientific damages the economic benefits of the project. The objective of study is to reach after increment＇s strategy and way of project economic benefits through elemental analysis and strategy of project management, and reducing costs and increasing economic benefits by means of strengthening project management.
