To Foster Trade Union's Spirit of Innovation

创新精神是工会事业发展的动力,是永葆工会活力的源泉。工会创新精神主要体现在求新求异的探索精神、求真求实的科学精神、迎接挑战的冒险精神、追求真理的献身精神、促进社会进步和人的发展的人文精神。培育工会创新精神需要建设以创新为核心的工会文化,建构有利于创新的工会制度,把工会塑造成善于自我扬弃、不断探索创新的组织。

The spirit of innovation is a drive and headspring of the development and energy of trade union. The spirit of innovation of trade union is embodied in the spirit of exploration, the spirit of science, the spirit of adventure, the spirit of devotion of seeking the truth, and the human spirit of boosting social advancement and human development. In order to foster trade union ＇s spirit of innovation, we should build a innovation centered culture of trade union, set up a trade union system which be beneficial to innovation and, make trade union an organization being good at develop the useful and discard the useless.
