摘要
根据高校非事业编制职工队伍的组成、特点及入会现状,针对观念认识、社会保障制度设计、利益和劳动关系上高校非事业编制职工加入工会组织的主要障碍,应提高对非事业编制职工加入工会组织必要性和重要性的认识,建立适合非事业编制职工特点、切实可行的入会制度,切实维护非事业编制职工各项权益。
The paper analyses the composition, characteristics and situation of trade union density of noninstitution personnel in colleges and universities. Aiming at major blocks of organizing these staff, such as concept, social security system, and interests conflict, the paper also puts forwards that trade union should pay attention to organize the non- institution personnel, set up practicable system of joint- in trade union meeting with the characteristics of these staff, and protect their rights and interests.
