摘要
女性是现代酒店中的一个特殊的消费群体。女性在消费方面体现出自身的性别需求和特性。本文提出我国饭店业应及早采取有针对性的营销策略,提高完整的具有个性化的设施设备的配置、全面的服务项目及相应的管理措施等,以满足这一特殊市场的需求,走个性化经营管理之路。
Women are special consuming force in modem gender in consumption. This article proposes that Chinese hotels for they have their own needs characterized with their hotel industry should take pertinent marketing tactics as soon as possible, and consummate those individual facilities and equipment, all - around service items as well as the manage- ment measures so as to meet the needs of the special market with its individualized management.
