摘要 核因子(NF)-κB是细胞中一种重要的核转录因子,它参与细胞内的信号转导、免疫反应、炎症反应以及细胞生长发育等多种生物过程,在细胞因子诱导的基因表达中起关键性的调控作用。活化的NF-κB可能通过调控许多炎症因子的转录过程在糖尿病肾病(DN)的发生发展过程中起重要作用。抑制NF-κB的激活和IκB的降解等干预治疗可能是防治DN的手段之一。 Nuclear factor( NF)-κB has been comprises a family of dimeric transcription factors that found to be an important transcription factor which regulate the expression of numerous genes involved in inflammation and cell proliferation. Although NF-κB was initially identified in lymphocytes, it has been found to be a transcription factor presenting in virtually all cell types. It participates in many biopro-cesses such as intracellular signal transduction, immunoreaction, proinflammation, and regulation of cells growth. phropath standing Activated NF-κB might play a central role in the development and progression of diabetic ney (DN) through the modulation of numerous inflammatory factors transcription. A better understanding of the mechanisms involved in NF-κB regulation and IκB modulation in DN may provide new tools to improve the treatment of DN with a better sound approach.
