摘要 孤核受体RORα作为核受体超家族成员,广泛分布于机体各组织,近年来国外学者对结构、功能做了大量研究,不断发现其通过对目的基因转录调控,在许多重要生理活动发挥重要的调节功能,在对抗心血管疾病、慢性炎症、免疫功能不全、骨代谢障碍、肿瘤等一些病理过程中发挥重要作用。 Retinoic acid receptor-related Orphan Receptor α (RORα) is a member of the nuclear hormone receptor superfamily. RORα is wildly expressed in several organs and tissues in which it acti-vates the transcription of specific genes. RORα plays a major role in cellular differentiation during devel-opment and growth of numerous tissues. RORα has also been shown to be involved in pathophysiologicprocesses, and seems to have a protective role in some diseases.
