摘要
以2005年国际制造战略调查为基础,选取其中177家有较为正式和书面的制造战略的欧洲制造企业为样本,以11项竞争优先权要素为分类指标,采用聚类分析方法对欧洲企业制造战略分类进行了实证研究,得到了3种特点鲜明的制造战略类型。通过对3种制造战略类型的特点和相互之间的异同进行比较分析,将3种制造战略类型分别命名为质量导向战略、创新导向战略和成本导向战略。考虑到目前欧洲制造企业普遍重视质量的事实,利用判别分析揭示出产品创新和产品价格两个主要的形成制造战略差异的潜在维度。
The taxonomy of manufacturing strategies in Europe enterprises is developed with standard method of cluster analysis, and is based on the relative importance attached to eleven competitive priorities. The paper selects 177 European manufacturing enterprises which have more formal and written manufacturing strategies, from 2005 hlternational Manufacturing Strategies Survey ( IMSS VI) , as research samples. Three distinct clusters of manufacturing strategy groups were observed. After comparing and analyzing of the traits, similarities and differences of each group, the paper names these three clusters as quality leader, all-around innovator and cost leader. The two main underlying dimensions along which the manufacturing strategy groups differ are the innovation of products and price of products and are founded with method of discriminant analysis based on the fact that present Europe enterprises usually pay much attention to product quality.
