外鼻体表面积测量研究

Measurement Study on Surface Area of External Nose

目的:探讨测量外鼻表面积的方法。方法:应用三维螺旋CT获取正常成人及单侧唇裂术后鼻畸形患者外鼻数据,并运用相关软件进行三维重建后测量外鼻各区域的表面积。结果:初步建立男女外鼻各区域表面积正常值数据库框架;初步建立男女外鼻各区域表面积对称指数数据库框架。结论:测量正常成人的外鼻体表面积为人类学、鼻部美学美容学、整形外科学、鼻赝复体制作提供基础数据。

Objective： To investigate the measuring method of surface area on external nose. Methods： The nasal soft tissue of adult normal and nasal deformity patient was rebuilded by SCT,the surface area of every sector was measured by correlated software. Results： Normal value databank of each sector surface area was established on male and female noses. Symmetry index normal value databank of each sector surface area was established on male and female noses. Conclusion： The results measured may provide data for anthropology, nasal cosmetology and nasal prosthesis.
