上切牙舌侧固定粘接体打开咬合技术

Fixed Lingual Bondings on the Upper Incisors for Bite Opening

目的:评估上切牙舌侧固定粘接体配合固定矫治器打开深覆患者咬合的临床效果。方法:统计136个粘接体的一次粘接成功率。对近期操作的20例患者进行术前、术后X线头影测量分析;并与采用小平导打开咬合的20例患者咬合打开的量值和所需时间进行对比分析。结果:上切牙舌侧固定粘接体一次粘接成功率为93.38%。20例患者X线头影测量结果显示,术后下前牙压低,上下磨牙(4.63±2.63)月为短(P<0.05)。结论:上切牙舌侧固定粘接体对于低角型深覆的矫治有简单、快速、不妨碍上前牙内收的优点,可推广使用。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of the fixed lingual hondings on the upper incisors combined with fixed appliance for bite opening of deep bite patients. Methods： Data of the success rate of primary adhesive was collected from 136 lingual bondings. Lateral cephalograms from before treatment and after bite opening for the latest 20 patients were evaluated. The overbite changes and the time needed for bite opening of this group were compared with another group of 20 patients with similar overbite treated with the bite plate method. Results： The success rate of primary adhesive was 93. 38%. Analysis of the lateral cephalograms of the lingual bonding group showed the intrusion of the lower incisors and extrusion of the upper and lower molars, as well as the decrease of overbite of the anterior teeth and increase of the height of the lower one third face. The mean overbite change of the group was 2.89 ± 0.84mm, which was not significantly different from the bite plate group （2.75 ±0.56mm） （P〉0.05）, but the average time for bite opening of the former was 3.00 ± 1.41 months, which was shorter than that needed by the latter （4.63 ±2.63months） （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： It is a simple, quick and effective method to use the fixed lingual bondings on the upper incisors to treat deep bite of the short face patients, which does not interrupt the retraction of the upper anterior teeth.
