对甲基苯磺酸催化合成巯基化壳聚糖研究 被引量:1

摘要 以对甲基苯磺酸为催化剂,巯基乙酸和壳聚糖为原料合成了巯基化壳聚糖.在壳聚糖和巯基乙酸比例(W/V)为0.05,催化剂0.08g、反应时间24h、温度为25℃的反应条件下,巯基含量达到6.10%. Chitosan-thiolated polymers was synthesized by mercaptoacetic acid and chitosan catalyzed by p-toluenesulfonic acid. The results show that the appropriate conditions are: ratio of chitosan to mercaptoacetic acid is 0.05(W/V), weight of catalyst is 0.08g, reaction time is 24h, temperature is 25℃, Under the appropriate conditions the yield of the high-density thiol groups was 6.10%.
