职业经理的引入与家族企业的发展

摘要 我国家族企业引入职业经理人不成功的原因主要是企业内部的低信任状态、企业主和职业经理人的道德问题以及相关法制不健全等,可通过泛家族化、规范企业内部管理、培育和完善职业经理人市场及提高社会信用水平等措施实现家族企业的可持续发展。 The main reasons that the family -firms fail to introduce the professional executive are: low trust condition in the enterprise's interior, moral question between the business owner and the professional executive, and unperfected law system. The sustainable development of the family - firm can be kept by means of pan - family, the regulation of enterprise's internal management, the cultivation and consummation of professional executive market and the enhance of social credit levels.
