摘要
从外向型企业的汇率风险及其防范的必要性出发，阐明了交易风险、折算风险和经济风险的防范途径。
This paper describes multinational corporations exchang rate risk and the necessity to prevent, illastrates the alternative methods to avoid currency exchange risk, exchange rate risk and economic risk.
