摘要
通过甲基橙模拟偶氮染料废水,考察了电絮凝法处理印染废水的效果。在废水体积为500mL、溶液pH值为1.5~3.0、电极有效面积为6.0cm×4.6cm、极板间距为2.5cm、电解电压为26V时,采用电絮凝法处理90min发现甲基橙初始溶液浓度高于240mg/L时处理效果较好,其色度去除率达90%,COD去除率达80%以上。
This paper explores the effectiveness of treating the printing and dyeing wastewater by electric flocculation through using methyl orange as simulated azo-dye wastewatero The findings are that the most satisfactory effectiveness is on the following conditions: volume of wastewater 500ml, pH-value of solution 1.5~3.0, effective area of electrode 6.0cm×4.6cm, spacing of polar plate 2.5cm, electrolytic voltage 26V, electric flocculation for 90min and the concentration of first solution of methyl orange higher than 240mg/L, with the rate of color-dislodging 90% and that of COD-dislodging 80% or above.
