力学在科学发展史中占有相当重要的地位，它既是基础科学，又属于技术科学范畴，它对人类文明的贡献是巨大的。本文从哲学的角度出发，初步分析了阻碍中国力学发展的主要原因，提出了树立正确的马克思主义科学观。

Mechanics plays an important part in the science developing history. It belongs to not only the basic science but also the technical science. It has made a great contribution to the human civilization. In this paper, the key factors of preventing mechanics from developing were studied in philosophy viewpoint.And a viewpoint that is establishing a right scientific viewpoint to develop the mechanics in China was put forward.
