摘要
以M8325凸轮轴仿形磨床为对象,从非平稳随机过程的时间序列入手,建立了以凸轮靠模升程作为输入、工件升程作为输出的磨床加工系统二阶定常线性自回归数学模型。基于此数学模型,提出了动态设计凸轮靠模的方法,并按此法进行了凸轮靠模的动态设计。通过建立以凸轮靠模升程作为输入、工件误差作为输出的差分数学模型。
A second order constant linear selfregressive mathematical model for grinder processing system with lift of cam copy as input and workpiece lift as output has been established,starting from time series of nonstable random process and with the M8325 camshaft copying grinder as the object.Based on the mathematical model,dynamic design method for cam copy is put forth and dynamic design of cam copy is carried out according to this method.And the new cam copy is verified that less workpiece error will produced by setting a difference mathematical model with lift of the cam copy as input and workpiece error as output.
