汽车离合器膜片弹簧喷丸强化效果研究

膜片弹簧是汽车离合器中的关键零件之一。其制造过程中普遍采用喷丸强化工艺。本文通过残余应力测试、疲劳试验、弹力衰减试验和断口微观分析，研究了喷丸强化对膜片弹簧疲劳性能和弹力衰减性能的影响，得出如下结论：从提高膜片弹簧的使用性能和简化工艺上考虑。

Diaphragm spring is one of the key parts in automotive clutch,for which shot blast strengtening technology is broadly adopted in its manufacturing process.The author has studied the effect of shot blast strengthening on fatigue property and elasticity attenuation of diaphragm spring by means of measuring residue stress,fatigue testing,spring force attenuation test and microanalysis of fracture.Afterwards the following conclusion is obtained:The current shot blasting technology for both faces of diaphragm spring should be replaced by blasting only the concave surface of diaphragm spring in order to promote operating property and to simplify manufacturing process.
