Casting Aluminum Alloy Cylinder Block of Model 6V150 Diesel Engine

机体是６Ｖ１５０型柴油机的重要零件，从铸造角度看，该机体是目前国内柴油机最复杂的铝合金铸件之一。为了提高铸件的质量和成品率，必须有完善的铸造工艺。本文根据几年来生产和验收的经验，总结了机体的铸造工艺，对几种常见的铸造缺陷及产生的原因进行了分析。

The cylinder block,an important component of model 6V150 Diesel engine,is one of the most sophisticated aluminum alloy castings of domestic Diesel engines up to now in the view of foundry.Hence there should be a consummate casting technology in order to improve quality of casting and reduce scrappage.Based on experience of production and acceptance inspection in several years,the author summarizes casting process of cylinder block,analyses some commonly seen casting defects as well as causes of them and recommends measures of improvement.
