摘要
简要介绍了故障树分析法及其特点,以数控机床进给驱动系统为例建立了故障树,并进一步分析了故障诊断最优搜索方案的求解算法。说明用故障分析法预测和诊断故障,在数控机床的运行和维修中能收到较好的效果。
The paper briefly introduces the FTA and its features. Using how the fault tree of NC machining tool stepping servo system is built as an example, it introduces the computing arithmetic of optimal search scheme in trouble diagnosing. It proves effective in running and maintaining of NC machining tool.
