分层递进教学用于大学篮球专项选修课教学之中,是一种新的尝试。在篮球专项选修课之前,以篮球单项技术作为主要指标,结合身体素质水平对学生进行分层教学,从而使学生在同一技术水平的层次内进行学习与练习,避免了重复教学,提高了学生参加体育锻炼的兴趣,使之树立终身体育的意识。

Before the specialized optional course of basketball, using technology piecemeal of basketball as a major index and combining the students＇ physical quality, the hierarchical teaching can make students learn and exercise with the same level ones and in this way, it can avoid repeat teaching; arise the students＇ interest to physical exercise and help them to have lifelong idea of physical education.
