摘要
目的观察高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗中晚期肝癌对治疗后肝功能的影响。方法采用HIFU治疗中晚期肝癌35例。并与同期肝癌介入治疗的患者(36例)做对照,共同比较治疗前后肝功能相关指标。结果介入组治疗前后出现肝功酶等显著性改变;HIFU治疗组治疗前后肝功酶变化无显著性差异。结论HIFU治疗肝癌对早期肝功能影响较小。
Objective To investigate the effect of high intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU） on the liver function of patients with mid - late stage liver cancer, Methods Patients were randomized to either HIFU or to intervention treatment, Liver function was tested before and after treatmerit, Results There were no significant changes in liver function before and after the HIFU treatment. Conclusion There are no significantly detrimental effects of HIFU treatment on liver function initially.
