摘要
目的分析胆囊结石引起肝脏损害的特点。方法选择我院5年来确诊的胆囊结石病人312例,分析其中25例发生肝损害患者的肝损害特点。结果25例出现肝损害,以肝酶升高为主,25例中,4例有黄疸,经治疗均好转。结论单纯胆囊结石可以引起肝损害,主要原因为胆囊功能障碍及细菌感染。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of the liver injure caused by gallbladder stone. Methods 312 patients with gallbladder stone treated in our hospital in the previous 5 years were enrolled in the study, Clinical characteristics of 25 patients with liver injure were analyzed. Results The increased liver enzymes were the main characteristics of the 25 patients with liver damage. Jaundice was observed in 4 patients and improved after treatment. Conclusion The gallbladder stone can cause liver damage, The main reason is the gallbladder dysfunction and bacterial infection.
