胰腺假性囊肿36例外科手术治疗的临床分析

Clinical analysis of surgical procedures on 36 cases with pancreatic pseudocysts

目的评价胰腺假性囊肿(PPC)患者的外科手术治疗时机、手术方式。方法对36例PPC患者的临床外科手术资料进行回顾性分析。结果36例患者中行单纯囊肿外引流术2例,囊肿十二指肠吻合术3例,囊肿胃后壁吻合术9例,囊肿空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术18例,囊肿单纯切除术2例,囊肿及胰尾、脾切除术2例,其中治愈31例(86.1%),复发3例,死亡2例。结论PPC需要手术治疗时应根据病人的具体情况选择合适的术式。

Objective To evaluate the time and methods of surgical intervention on patients with pancreatic pseudocysts （PPC）. Methods The outcome of 36 cases of PPC with different modus operandi were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 36 cases, the surgical procedures included external drainage （ 2 cases）, cystoduodenostomy （9 cases）, Roux - en - Y cystojejunostomy （ 18 cases） , single resection of the pseudocyst （2 cases）, resection ofpseudocyst combined with cauda pancreatis and spleen （2 cases）. After the surgical intervention, 31 cases were cured, 3 cases recurred , 2 cases died. Conclusion Appropriate modus operandi should be chosen according to specific status of patients with PPC.
