粘贴碳纤维、植化学锚栓等工艺方法在加固钢筋混凝土构件中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 对湖南工业大学包装艺术设计楼上设置伸缩缝的牛腿处混凝土开裂的事故原因进行了调查,并分析了造成钢筋混凝土梁板及牛腿开裂的设计缺陷及施工错误.通过采用粘贴碳纤维、粘贴钢板和植化学锚栓工艺方法加固了钢筋混凝土构件,并在实际使用过程中验证了该方法对于加固构件的安全性、有效性和经济性.该方法对于工程应用具有参考价值. This paper investigates the accident reason for cracked concrete on column brackets that are set with free joints in the Building of Printing & Package Design of Hunan University of Technology, and analyzes designing disadvantage and construction errors which caused this accident. Through adopting the sticking CFRP, the sticking steel plating and chemical anchor bolt implanting technical methods, the RC components are reinforced, and the security, the validity and the economy of this method for reinforcing the RC component have been proved in practice engineering. This method is of great significance for engineering application.
