Determination of Adenosine in Cordyceps Militaris by HIGH Performance Liquid Chromatogyaphy with Solid Phase Extraction

建立了超声提取样品、固相萃取-高效液相色谱法（SPE—HPLC）测定蛹虫草中虫草素的方法．实验对样品的提取和净化方法以及检测条件进行了选择和研究，具有操作简便、快速、重现性和精密度好的特点．方法用于实际样品中虫草素的测定，加标回收率在93．2％～98．7％之间，相对标准偏差〈3．2％．

The experiment establishes an effective method which can be used to extract adenosine from cordyceps militaris by means of supersonic wave and to determine the proportion of adenosine in cordyceps militaris by means of SPE - HPLC. The experiment researches the method of the sample＇ s extracting and purifying, and its conditions of the test. It has the advantages of simple and swift operation, and ability of well - reproducing and more precision. The method is suitable determine the proportion of adenosine in practical sample of cordyceps militaris,whose retrieval rate is 93.2%～98.7% ,RSD 〈3.2%.
