摘要
20世纪90年代以来，印度经济持续强劲增长，已成为当今世界新兴大市场之一。随着经济规模不断扩大，印度的能源需求也急剧增长。能源问题成为了制约印度经济发展的最大瓶颈。20世纪末特别是近几年来，印度积极采取措施，大力实施内容丰富、举措有力的能源发展战略，以确保其能源安全。而印度与中国在经济发展、能源消费结构等方面具有许多相似之处，因而，印度国家能源战略对中国能源发展战略具有一定的启示作用。
In the recent years, with the rapid development of Indian economy and the perpetual extending in scale, the problem of energy has become the biggest restricting factor for Indian economy to develop continually. So India carried on a remarkable energetic strategy with rich content. There being so much similarities in the structure of energetic demand and consuming for China and India, Chinese energetic strategy can take some inspiration reference from that of Indian.
