摘要
针对火力发电厂中炉膛出口温度是锅炉设计中的重要技术参数,对锅炉运行的安全性、可靠性、经济性以及降低污染物排放,延长锅炉使用寿命有着重要的作用和影响。然而,过去由于技术手段的欠缺,无法连续在线监测该点的温度,只能依靠间接的办法对炉膛出口温度进行推算,使推算出的结果失去了准确性和时效性。提出对炉膛出口烟气温度进行连续监测和控制,有着很重要的实际意义。
The methods to moniter and control furnace exit temperature in the light of the important influence of furnace exit temperature in power plant which is seeental to the safty, economy, dependability and pollutatnts emission reduce of boiler operation and boiler seivice life prolonging is proposed. These methods makes maganificant sense due to the advantages of new technology in contrast to the past which is lack of technology to control temperature continuously, so that the caculating result lost the veracity and technology.
