摘要
针对我国SO2污染的主要来源火电机组的脱硫问题对大型火电机组一般采用的湿法烟气脱硫工艺与AE&E的湍流吸收工艺进行比较,指出AE&E湍流吸收工艺是一种烟气脱硫及除尘一体化的工艺技术,具有占地小、节水、能耗低、SO2脱除率高、维护量小、可以脱除重金属等优点,建设相同规模的烟气脱硫装置(如200 MW)比传统的湿法工艺节约投资30%左右。
Aiming at the main sources of SO2 pollution, the wet flue gas desulphurization is compared with AE&E overfull liquid absorption technique, and then the advantages of AE&E overfull liquid absorption technique, such as small volume, low energy consumption, high SO2 scrubbing, uater saving and heary metal removing is proposed. This technique reduces 30% experses of traditional technique.
