Design of the Progressive Die of the Dripping Button of Ornaments

分析了一种需进行3次塑性变形的首饰——滴扣的冲裁生产工艺,并设计了一套完成它的级进冲裁模具。该模具结构较为简单,加工质量好,生产率高,对同类产品首饰的加工具有参考价值。

In the article, a blanking production technology of the dripping button ornaments which need three times plasticity metamorphosis is analyzed, and a set of progressive blanking die has been designed for the shell. The structure of this die is simple, the processing quality of the die is good and the productivity is high, which have the reference value for the productions of the same kinds with the same processing technology.
