摘要
分析了非旋转类拉深件的对角切边工艺,着重阐述了对角切边模具的结构、工作原理以及主要工作部件的设计和参数计算。使用对角边模具,可顺利完成非旋转类拉深件的切边工序。
The diagonal trimming technology of unrevolution type drawing workpiece is analyzed. The structure of diagonal trimmi.ng die, work principle and calculation of major working parts are elab-orated. With diagonal trimming die, trimming process of unrevolution type drawing workpiece can be smoothly completed.
