分析讨论了热流道模具熔体泄漏的主要原因,从操作工艺、热流道系统密封设计和热流道板装配工艺3个方面介绍预防熔体泄漏的措施。
The leakage reasons of molten plastics for hot-runner mould were discussed in detail. The methods of preventing leakage were introduced from operation processing, seal design of hot-runner system and assembly process of hot-runner plate.
