The structure of ＂Sift＂ （是） as a tag question in the Zenic document Zu TangJi （是） is rich, varied, new and developing. Through synchronic and diachronic comparison, and from the angle of tag question, we can find that the degree of colloquialism of Zu Tang Ji （祖堂集） is quite high, and the book is an important document in studying the history of Chinese character.
