摘要猪繁殖与呼吸综合征（Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome，PRRS）是20世纪80年代中后期出现的一种新的传染性疾病。由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒（PRRSV）引起，主要特点为怀孕母猪发生流产、早产、死胎、木乃伊胎等严重的繁殖障碍以及仔猪与育肥猪出现呼吸道症状。1987年该病首先在美国发生．随后在加拿大、欧洲各国和亚洲各地迅速流行。
