摘要
将14周龄、体重相近的健康公朗德鹅150只随机分成5组,每组30只,每只一个重复。对照组(第1组)饲喂基础日粮,试验组(第2~5组)在基础日粮中分别添加40、80、160、320mg/kg的茶多酚。试验结果:第4组肝重、肝屠比与对照组和第5组差异均显著(P<0.05),肝体比与对照组和第5组差异均极显著(P<0.01);添加茶多酚对朗德鹅屠宰性能和肝外脂肪沉积的影响差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,在玉米-豆粕型日粮中添加茶多酚为160mg/kg时,朗德鹅产肝性能最佳。
150 of healthly male Landaise geese, 98 days old, were randomly divided into 5 groups according to the factor experiment design. Diets were supplied with 0,40,80,160,320 mg/kg TP respectively to study the influence of Tea Polyphenols(TP)on Landaise geese's fatty liver performance, carcass performance and fat accumulation in adipose tissue. The results as follows:liver weight and ratio of liver weight to carcass both showed a significant difference between two groups in which the mount of TP 0 and 160 mg/kg or 160 mg/kg and 320 mg/kg adding(P〈0.05).Meanwhile the ratio of liver weight to body weigh showed a significant difference between two same groups above (P〈0.01). But other two aspects both had no difference between the treatments(P〉0.05). That can be concluded from the results that the fatty liver performance was the best adding the mount of 160 mg/kg TP in corn grain which as based overfeeding material.
