CyclinD1与P27在卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织表达及意义 被引量:1

THE EXPRESSION AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE OF CyclinD1 AND P27 IN EPITHELIAL OVARIAN TUMORS

摘要 目的探讨CyclinD1、P27在卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织表达及其意义。方法应用组织微阵列技术结合免疫组化(PV9000法)检测57例卵巢癌、15例卵巢交界性肿瘤、33例卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤、18例正常卵巢组织中CyclinD1、P27的表达,并分析其与上皮组织良恶性、病理组织分级、临床分期的相关性。结果正常卵巢组织和卵巢良性肿瘤组织间及交界性肿瘤组织和卵巢癌组织间CyclinD1、P27的表达无明显差异(χ2=0.001~3.677,P>0.05);CyclinD1在卵巢癌组织中的表达显著高于卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤(χ2=11.314,P<0.01),且随肿瘤分级、分期增高,阳性表达率逐渐升高(χ2=7.887、4.859,P<0.05),而P27的表达则相反(χ2=7.467、6.091,P<0.01);CyclinD1、P27表达与肿瘤的组织学类型无关(χ2=0.475、1.512,P>0.05),两者在肿瘤组织中的表达呈明显负相关(r=-0.96,P<0.05)。结论CyclinD1过表达、P27表达下降可能在卵巢癌的发展过程中起重要作用,检测CyclinD1、P27在卵巢癌组织表达可预测该肿瘤生物学行为特征,作为预后参考指标。 Objective To investigate the expression of CyclinD1 and P27 in epithelial tumor of ovary and its significance. Methods The expression of CyclinD1 and P27 in tussues of ovarian cancer (57 cases), borderline ovarian tumors ( 15), benign tumor of ovary (33), normal ovary (18) were examined by immunohisto-chemistry and tissue mieroarray technique. Their correlation with clinical pathology was analyzed. Results There were no significant differences of CyclinD1 and P27 expression between benign and normal ovarian tissues, borderline ovarian tumors and epithelial ovarian cancer (χ^2 =0. 001-3. 677,P〉0.05). The expression of CyclinD1 and P27 was significantly different between epithelial ovarian cancer and benign ovarian tumors (χ^2 = 11. 314, 9. 130;P(0.01). The expression of CyclinD1 and P27 was in connection with clinical stage and histological grade (χ^2=4. 859-7. 887,P〈0.05). There was no relationship between CyclinD1 and P27 expression and pathological type (χ^2 =0. 475,1. 512;P〉 0. 05). Expression of CyclinD1 was negatively correlated with expression of P27 (r= -0.96, P〈0.05). Conclusion Detection of P27 and CyclinD1 expression in ovarian cancer may predict the biological behavior and the prognosis of the disease.
