乳腺癌保乳手术治疗临床分析

The Breast-preserving Surgery for Breast Cancer

目的总结保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌临床经验及观察近期疗效。方法2000年1月-2005年12月采用肿块局部广泛切除或象限切除加腋淋巴结清扫治疗临床单发的、肿瘤直径小于3.0cm、无区域淋巴结转移的女性乳腺癌患者51例,手术切缘距瘤缘2.0～3.0cm,术后行辅助放疗、化疗及内分泌治疗。结果全组随访8～80个月,局部无复发或远处转移。结论早期乳腺癌患者接受保乳手术治疗可以取得满意的临床和美容效果,建议早期乳腺癌首选此手术治疗方法。

Objective To summarize clinic experience and to evaluate the effect of breast-conserving surgery for early breast cancer. Methods From january 2000 to december 2005, 51 cases of early breast cancer with single small（ ≤3 cm ） tumor without lymphnodesmetastases were treated by breast-conserving surgery with 2.0 ～ 3.0 cm margin and axillary lymphnodesresection. Adjuvant chemotherapy, radiotherapy and endocrinotberapy was performed postoperatively. Results All the patients were followed up for 8 ～ 80 months without local recurrence or distant metastasis. Conclusions Breast-conserving surgery is effective in cure or cosmesis,is performed preferably for patients with early breast cancer.
