摘要
目的探讨结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的外科手术方法。方法回顾性分析2001-2006年我院收治的33例结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻患者外科治疗的临床资料。结果本组33例患者升结肠癌6例,横结肠癌4例;降结肠癌8例,乙状结肠癌12例,脾曲癌3例;行一期结肠癌切除吻合22例;分期手术切除吻合10例,其中Hartmann手术7例,3例结肠脾曲癌单纯作横结肠造漏,术后3周再次手术切除吻合。结论重视对结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的认识,正确掌握手术时机和术中肠道灌洗方法,合理选择手术方式。做好围手术期和术后的处理是保证治疗成功的重要基础。
Objective To probe into the surgical operative way of carcinoma of colon complicated with acute ileus. Methods The data of 33 patients with obtructive carcinoma of colon,who received operation,were analyzed retrospectively, Results Among the 33 cases,6 were carcinoma of sigmoid ,4 were carcinoma of transverse colon, 12 were carcinoma of sigmoid and 3 were carcinoma of splenic flexure of colon;one-stage resection and anastomosis were 22 cases, Hartmann＇s procedure were 7 cases.transverse colostomy were performed in 3 cases of carcinoma of splenic flexure of colon. Conclusions Taking into account the knowledge of carcinoma of colon complicated acute ileus ,correct operation opportunity and enteric lavage, correct procedure and treatment during and after operation is the important basis of successful treatment,
