长株潭高新区发展环境综合评价

Comprehensive Appraisal on Development Environment of Changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan High-tech Industrial Zone

采用多层次模糊综合评价方法对长株潭高新区发展环境进行综合评价,揭示了长株潭高新区发展中存在的主要问题:产业整体规模偏小,发展水平偏低;外向度低,国际竞争力弱;技术创新能力仍显不足;投资环境有待进一步完善。在此基础上提出了优化长株潭高新区发展环境的对策。

This paper appraises the development environment of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan high-tech industrial zone comprehensive by the method of multi-level fuzzy synthesis evaluation. Compared with other high-tech industrial zones, some question sare pointed out as follows： the industrial scale is smaller, the level of development is lower; the international competitive power is weaker; the technological innovation ability is insufficient; the environment of investment should be improved further. In the end, some countermeasure is put forward to optimize the development environment of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan hightech industrial zone.
