公平正义是社会主义和谐社会的重要特征和价值取向。社会公正体现在政治、经济、社会、环境等各个方面,但最主要、最核心的是利益的公正。形成公正合理的利益格局是现阶段我国构建社会主义和谐社会的战略重点,为此首先要转变观念,这是先导和前提;其次要加强制度建设,这是根本;再次要形成合理分配结构,这是核心;最后要加强监督,这是保障。

Fairness and justice is the important feature and value orientation. Fairness is reflected in many respects, such as polity, economy, society and environment etc. , but the most important and core is fairness of interests. Building a mechanism of fair and just interests is the strategic importance of constructing the socialist harmonious society in the present stage. So we must change concept, strengthen system construction, set up fair construction of interests and strengthen supervision.
