摘要
教学向人本化方向发展是社会发展和教学自身发展的必然。人本化的教学是基于人的发展和为了人的发展的教学,也是依靠人获得发展的教学,这样教学的实现是一个复杂过程,需要对已有教学理念和实践进行重新构建。
The personal orientation of teaching learning is the necessity of the development of both society and itself. This teahing-learning based on person is for people's development and depends on all the people. Its actualization is a complicated process, which needs to reconstruct the guilding ideology and practice of teaching-learning.
