Thoughts on Current Situation of Majors-Transfer in High School

导致转专业现象的出现的原因很多:有高考填报志愿时埋下的“伏笔”,有就业制度的影响,有高校专业设置滞后、招生规模逐年扩大、学生维权意识不断增加等。针对这些问题,高校应对症下药,加强专业思想教育,正确引导学生转专业,增强高校专业自主适应市场的能力和积极性,强化通识教育,拓宽专业口径,积极探索不同形式的培养模式。

The occurrence of majors-transfer is due to many reasons, such as demands of changing the choice lay at the university entrance examination, the influence of institutions in the job market, the delay of majors-setting in universities the students＇ awakening of rights protection. Higher education institutions should made right policy to deal with these problems, we should reinforce the teaching on the majors study and guide students to change majors peoperly. We need to effectively adjust the major-setting to make them fit to the job market＇s demand,and strengthen the education of general knowledge, extent the scope of majors, actively explore different forms of education.
