矿泉浸浴治疗36例关节病性银屑病的护理

目的探索矿泉浸浴治疗关节病性银屑病的护理制度、方法和措施。方法总结36例关节病性银屑病在矿泉浴疗前、浴疗中、浴疗后的不同反应,采取相应护理措施。结果36例关节病性银屑病人经汝州矿泉浴治疗及综合护理,均取得良好疗效。结论矿泉浸浴是治疗关节病性银屑病的有效方法,治疗过程中的护理是保证治疗成功的重要环节。

Objective To investigate the nursing system,the method and measures of the mineral spring bath in the treatment of the psoriasis arthropathica, Methods Thirty-six patients with psoriasis arthropathica were taken care with different measures according to the different reaction of the patients before,during and after the mineral spring bath hydrotherapy. Results The good results were achieved for these patients with the Ruzhou mineral spring treatment and comprehensive nursing. Conclusion The mineral spring hydrotherapy is effective in treatment of the psoriasis arthropathica.
