倍他乐克联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年高血压的疗效观察

Curative effect of Metoprolol combined with Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets in treatment of senile hypertension

目的观察倍他乐克联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年高血压的临床疗效。方法2004年1月～2006年12月本院门诊或住院的老年高血压患者104例,随机分为观察组52例,对照组52例,观察组给予口服硝苯地平缓释片,10mg/次,q12h,倍他乐克片,12.5mg/次,2次/d,对照组单纯给予硝苯地平缓释片,剂量方法同观察组,两组疗程均为8周,分别观察比较0周、2周、4周、6周和8周血压下降情况,同时于治疗后评定两组临床疗效,并检测治疗前后血糖、血脂、肝肾功能及心电图等。结果两组治疗前后血压下降自身比较虽差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),但观察组显效率和总有效率分别为69.23%和96.2%,分别与对照组(28.85%和76.82%)比较(P<0.05),同时心率下降稳定与对照组比较(P<0.05)。结论采用倍他乐克联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年高血压临床疗效优于单纯使用硝苯地平缓释片。

Objective To investigate the effects of Metoprolol combined with Extended Release Nifedipiue Tablets on senile hypertension. Methods One hundred and four senile patients with hypertension from January 2006 to December 2006 were divided into the Metoprolol combined with Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets treatment group （52 patients） and the control group（52 patients） randomly. The general therapy included Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets（ 10rag/ q12h）.Besides this therapy, Metoprolol （12.5mg/ q 12h）was added to treatment group. The short-term effects within 8 weeks were compared in two groups, including the decrease of blood pressure in 0, 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks. At the same time, the effects of the treatment evaluated. The blood glucose, blood fat, the liver and renal function and electrocardiogram were detected before and after the treatment, Results The decrease of the blood pressure was significant before and after the treatment in the two groups （P〈0.05andP〈0.01）, The obvious effectiveness and the total effectiveness in treatment group were 69.23% and 96,2% respectively, with significant differences with those of the control group （ 28 . 85 % and 76.82%）（P〈0.05）, The heart rate was decreased stably, compared with that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Metoprolol combined with Extended Release Nifedipine Tablet can improve the short-term effects on senile hypertension,
