就思想政治工作应当不断创新,与时俱进的问题,论述了企业思想政治工作的根本目的是激活企业的人力资源,讨论怎样激活企业的人力资源。
The fundamental aim of ideological work is motivating the human resource of the enterprise. On the basis of the question that ideological work should make innovations constantly and he steady on the increase, this paper discusses how to motivate the human resource of the enterprise.
