文章分析了信息时代图书馆馆员信息素质的现状,论述了信息时代高校图书馆馆员为适应信息化社会及现代教育需要应具备的信息素质和能力,提出了加强图书馆馆员信息素质的途径和方法。
The text analyzes the current situation of librarians＇ IT quality in the IT times.It also discuses about the IT competence and quality which college librarians should have in order to adjust to the morden education necessity and the IT society. It tells about the ways and methods to strengthen the IT quality of librarians.
