分析了劳动定额在铁路施工生产中的作用,提出以人为本,规范管理,科学组织,定额与激励相结合,使劳动定额工作在为施工生产服务的过程中得到有效运用。

This paper analyzes the function of work norm in the railway construction and suggests that effective service of labor norm work during the construction can be ensured by human-cetered standard administration, scientific organization and the combination of quota and encouragement.
