Talk abut the Administration of Water Conservancy During the Reign of Emperor Yongzheng

从雍正朝黄河水患、河官队伍整饬、河工经费支出和工程建设的情况,以及职官设置、修防条例、考成保固等河工制度建设的情况来看,雍正朝河政虽然不可避免地表现出其历史的局限性,但总的来说是成绩斐然,值得充分肯定和借鉴。

This paper fully affirms the administration of water conservancy during the reign of Emperor Yongzheng, by researching the situation from four aspects： the flood of the Yellow River, the rectification of the officials, the expenditure of river works and the construction of the river projects, as well as the construction of institutions which conclude the official establishment, the regulations of repair and precaution, the rules to assess the work of officials and keep the bank stable, etc. Finally, the historical limitation of Emperor Yongzheng＇s administration of water conservancy is shown.
